The people who decide what is good code and what is not, on the web,
you could call them the 'Code Police'. If you use W3C's on-line validator,
and your pages pass, then your site should work in all browsers on all
operating systems. You can find this validator at http://validator.w3.org/.
W3C also supply for free their great AMAYA web page editor for download.

The web site run by 'Computer Arts' magazine. Full of tips on the best
